Local Service Features – rates for these services are billed on a monthly basis or on a per use basis. Monthly rates are $3.95, and per use rates are $0.95 with Caller ID - Name & Number at $6.95. Exception applies for OH and VA.
Billing Period – Monthly service rates apply for each month or partial month. Local services are provided on a month-to-month basis. Since local services are billed in advance, disconnections will stop charges from incurring beyond the next billing cycle following disconnection. Exception applies for CO, OH, OK and VA.
Late Fee – a late fee of 1.5% will be applied to any portion of the amount due remaining unpaid two business days prior to the next statement date. For unpaid balances of $10.00 or more, a minimum late fee of $5.00 will apply. Some exceptions apply for the following states of AK, AZ, AR, CO, GA, IN, KS, LA, ME, MD, MN, NC, NY, OH, OK, PA, SC, VA, VT and WV.
