DISCONTINUANCE OF DSL SERVICE OFFERING

Effective June 15, 2006 VarTec Telecom will no longer be able to continue to offer OneChoice DSL Internet Service due to issues with our underlying provider. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Naturally, no early termination fees will apply since the discontinuance is a result of a change on our end.

As a result of this discontinuance, you will need to migrate your service to an alternate product in order to avoid an interruption in your ability to access the Internet or receive emails.

As an alternative to your existing DSL Internet service, we would like to offer you accelerated dial-up Internet access for the low monthly fee of only $9.99 per month.

Don’t miss an email! If you make the change during this transition period we will convert your existing DSL Internet account to this accelerated dial-up product free of charge. With this conversion, you will be able to keep each of your existing email addresses with no interruptions in receiving your emails from friends, family and important business acquaintances. Save time by not having to ask people to update their address books with new email addresses!

And, payment is easy. As an added bonus you may choose to continue bundling your Internet service with your local phone service -- and conveniently pay for the service with your monthly phone bill. Or, you may choose to make your Internet service a stand-alone account and pay for it via credit card. The choice is yours.

Switching to Dial-up Service

You must act now to lock in this special offer and keep your existing Email accounts. Select an option below to activate a dial-up Internet access account, prior to June 15, 2006 and keep your DSL email addresses:

· Or, call OneChoice Internet Access Support at 1-800-589-5864 (Toll Free) and request this offer.

Please specify if you wish to continue having your dial-up Internet access bundled with your local phone service bill.

If you do not contact us prior to June 15th, your Internet access service will be discontinued, resulting in the loss of your email addresses.

Prior to requesting a change you will need to download the dialer software and the accelerator software onto your computer. You will need these programs once your Internet access service has been switched from DSL to Dial-up to complete the transition to dial-up access.

Do not install these software programs until we have made the appropriate change. The dialer and accelerator software will not work properly until our support team has changed your account.
